Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the AI phone-receptionist services provided by ROR Enterprises LLC ("ROR Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be confident in your investment, so our pricing is month-to-month and backed by the guarantee below.

60-day money-back guarantee on setup

If your AI agent does not pay for itself — or you are simply not satisfied — within the first 60 days after your agent goes live, you may request a full refund of your one-time setup fee. Contact us within 60 days of your go-live date and we will refund the setup fee.

Monthly subscription fees

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for each service period. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future billing. Because the Service is delivered continuously throughout each paid month, monthly fees already billed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancelling before your next billing date prevents the next charge.

Usage and add-on charges

Charges for call-minutes used beyond your plan and for optional add-ons reflect services already delivered and are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

To request a refund under this policy, email frank@rorenterprises.net or call (214) 833-9545 with your business name and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
