These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and AI phone-receptionist services (the "Services") provided by ROR Enterprises LLC ("ROR Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

The Services

ROR Enterprises provides AI-powered phone-receptionist services that answer, qualify, and route or book calls on behalf of local service businesses. The specific features, included call-minutes, and configuration depend on the plan you select.

Fees, billing, and setup

• Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis, plus a one-time setup fee, at the prices shown on our website or in your written quote.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and recur automatically until cancelled. Setup fees are billed once at onboarding.
• Usage beyond your plan's included call-minutes may be billed at the per-minute rate disclosed to you. Optional add-ons are billed as described.
• All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Term and cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle, by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your AI agent will stop handling calls at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 60-day money-back guarantee on your setup fee.

Your responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your business and your calls, including telemarketing, call-recording, and consumer-protection laws (such as the TCPA and applicable state law). You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for call handling and recording in your jurisdiction.
• You may not use the Services to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive content.

Service availability

We work to keep the Services available and effective but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific business outcome, lead volume, or revenue result. The Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROR Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ROR Enterprises harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montana.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
